Studio No.4 operates primarily by appointment to ensure every client receives the time and attention required for a consistent, high-quality service.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
2. Do you accept walk-ins?
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins if availability allows.
However, bookings are strongly recommended. Our focus is quality over volume.
3. What makes Studio No.4 different?
Studio No.4 is built on precision, structure, and discipline.
We don’t rush haircuts. We take the time to consult, assess head shape, hair density, growth patterns, and lifestyle to deliver a tailored result.
Every service is intentional.
4. How long is a haircut appointment?
Haircut appointments are allocated 40 minutes.
Haircut and beard services are allocated 60 minutes.
This ensures adequate time for consultation, detailing, and finishing.
5. What products do you use?
We use our in-house Australian-made grooming range, SCNDRL, developed at Studio No.4 and engineered for control.
All products used in-store are available for purchase.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. This protects our time and respects other clients waiting for appointments.
7. Are your stylists qualified?
Yes.
Our team is trained in advanced cutting techniques with a strong focus on precision and consistency. We prioritise ongoing education and internal training to maintain a high standard across every service.

Absolutely.
Precision scissor work is one of our specialties. Whether you’re maintaining length or transitioning styles, we focus on shape, movement, and structure.

Rich operates at a master stylist level, with pricing reflective of experience and demand.
